Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- sprinkles, optional
