- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces, divided
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract divided
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce divided
- 1/2 cup toffee bits like Heath Bits O'Brickle, divided
