This raspberry peach smoothie recipe is incredibly fast and easy, and a great way to keep up healthy habits. I like to have one of these for breakfast or lunch, and often times I add a handful of spinach into the mix (you can’t taste it at all, though it does make the smoothie a little less pretty).
I also really love prepping these ahead of time on the weekends. You can put all the fruit into plastic bags or small containers and stash them in the fridge. Then all you have to do is grab your blender, dump in the bag’s contents and some cranberry juice and blend.
I like the tang of the cranberry juice, but you could definitely substitute apple juice if you prefer or even do water. As long as you use frozen fruit, you don’t have to add ice either!
Plus frozen fruit is typically cheaper and works during the winter months when fruit isn’t in season!
