- ½ pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound smoked kielbasa sausage sliced 1-inch thick
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2-3 medium tomatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning home made here
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
