INGREDIENTS FOR MINI OREO CHEESECAKES:
- 12 – 14 whole Oreos, plus 6 crushed ones
- cream cheese
- caster/granulated sugar
- large egg + egg yolk
- vanilla extract
- greek-style yogurt
