Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups full fat coconut milk (I like Golden Star, which contains no additives, gums or thickeners)
- 3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana , frozen
- 1/2 tsp vanilla , optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, preferably on the "Frozen" setting if your blender has one*.
- Enjoy immediately!
