Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of finely milled almond flour
2 1/4 cups of sugar substitute ( I use Swerve)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
7 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
8 eggs
8 tablespoons of unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 ounces of baking chocolate (melted)
2 teaspoons of instant coffee (optional for enhancing chocolate )
Chocolate Ganache
2 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
¼ cup of unsalted butter melted
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
¼ cup of heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 10 inch loaf pan or two small 6 inch pans.
- In a medium size bowl combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
